What you do on your wedding day during the time leading up to the wedding is almost as important as the wedding itself, since it will allow you to get to that moment feeling completely relaxed and joyful, and looking your best. Get ready and enjoy the day leading up to the big moment in our unique hospitality suite, surrounded by the most gorgeous tropical backdrop and your closest friends and family.
Here’s what you can expect from hospitality suite services as your wedding day unfolds:
Arrive in Style
The morning of your wedding day will begin with a trip by catamaran across the Banderas Bay to your private Puerto Vallarta beach destination. You and your wedding party will enjoy a gentle ride with breathtaking views of the jungle and the Pacific ocean.
During the winter months (from mid-December to March), you might even see the majestic Humpback Whales on your way to Las Caletas or Majahuitas -how cool for your wedding day is that?
Once the boat docks, you’ll be greeted by your personal butler and escorted to the hospitality suite to be pampered.
Relaxed Morning
Breakfast will be set up for you and your closest friends just on the outside terrace of the hospitality suite, where your butler will be available to bring any of the on-the-rocks open bar drink selections. Relax on the back terrace, enjoying jungle views while rocking in a hammock, enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi with your friends or just taking a bubble bath on our spacious bathroom filled with natural light.
After breakfast, you will have the option to add massages for you and your wedding party and spend a morning in our spa, or if that isn’t as relaxing enough, you can also come down to the beach and enjoy some sunbathing.
Our hospitality suite has everything you need to make the most of the morning, including a spacious living room, shower and bathroom, coffee machine, small fridge, towels, steamer, and ironing board. Best of all, we offer an open bar and champagne for the wedding party all day!
Afternoon of Pampering
As the hour of your wedding ceremony approaches, it’s time to get ready to look like a star for the big moment. Enjoy lunch with your friends at 1 p.m., choosing from an exquisite menu prepared just for you.
Right after lunch, you can book a stylist to get your hair and makeup done in time to say your vows. Your hospitality suite includes an air-conditioned styling room with plenty of chairs and mirrors to get you looking picture perfect.
We can already envision your bridesmaids in matching wardrobes, filled glasses of champagne, curling iron heated, the candid getting-ready shots, and the smile on your mother’s face when fluffing your beautiful wedding gown.
